Data Deletion Instructions

Disconnect Meta access
You can first remove the MBOS Automation integration or its assigned assets in Meta Business Settings. This prevents future access but does not automatically remove existing MediaBuy OS audit records.
Request deletion
Email puglisijoe0@gmail.com with the subject “MediaBuy OS Data Deletion Request.” Include the email address used with MediaBuy OS and any relevant Meta business, ad account, or Page identifiers so we can locate the correct records.
What happens next
We will verify that the requester is authorized for the identified account. After verification, we will remove or anonymize deletable account data and confirm completion. We aim to process verified requests within 30 days. Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or the integrity of an authorized audit trail.
