MediaBuy OS
Privacy Policy
Effective August 31, 2026
What MediaBuy OS does
MediaBuy OS is an advertising operations platform. It connects to advertising accounts that an authorized operator explicitly selects, then helps the operator inspect performance, prepare changes, keep audit records, and create or manage advertising objects.
Information we collect
Depending on the features an operator enables, MediaBuy OS may process:
- Operator account information, such as name, email address, and authentication identifiers.
- Business advertising identifiers, including ad account, campaign, ad set, ad, Page, pixel, and creative identifiers.
- Advertising configuration and performance data, including budgets, bids, delivery status, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and related metrics.
- Creative files and copy that an operator uploads for an advertising launch.
- Operational records, including approvals, requested actions, provider responses, audit receipts, and measured outcomes.
- Basic security and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use this information to provide requested advertising operations, validate proposed changes, create advertising objects, display account state, prevent duplicate or unsafe actions, maintain an audit trail, improve system reliability, and comply with applicable obligations.
Meta platform data
The MBOS Automation integration accesses only the Meta business assets and permissions granted by the operator or business administrator. MediaBuy OS does not sell Meta platform data. It does not use this integration to access private messages, friends lists, or unrelated personal profile information.
Sharing and service providers
We may use infrastructure, authentication, artificial intelligence, and advertising-platform providers to operate MediaBuy OS. Information is shared only as needed to provide the requested service, maintain security, or comply with law. We do not sell personal information.
Security and retention
Access credentials are kept server-side and are not intentionally exposed in the browser. We use access controls and audit records to protect operational data. We retain information while it is needed to provide the service, preserve authorized audit records, prevent unsafe duplicate actions, or meet legal and security obligations.
Your choices
You may disconnect Meta access through Meta Business Settings and request deletion of associated MediaBuy OS data. See the Data Deletion Instructions for the process.
