Terms of Service
Effective August 31, 2026
Authorized use
MediaBuy OS may be used only by operators who are authorized to access and manage the connected advertising accounts, business assets, creative materials, and data. You may not use the service to access or alter assets without permission.
Advertising responsibility
You remain responsible for your advertisements, offers, targeting, disclosures, budgets, payment methods, and compliance with advertising-platform rules and applicable law. MediaBuy OS validation does not guarantee that an advertisement will be approved or perform as expected.
Automation and approvals
MediaBuy OS may prepare or execute actions according to the account mode and permissions selected by an authorized operator. Review proposed changes carefully. Creating a paused launch does not start delivery. Activation is a separate action, and an active advertisement may incur platform charges.
Service availability
The service depends on third-party platforms and APIs. Features may be delayed, limited, or unavailable because of provider changes, rate limits, account restrictions, or maintenance. The service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or particular advertising results.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended when needed to protect connected accounts, investigate unauthorized activity, comply with law, or prevent unsafe automated changes. You may stop using the service and request disconnection or data deletion at any time.
